ABOUT OUR WARRANTY

At HIGHLINE, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We are proud to offer a complimentary lifetime warranty on your purchase, ensuring your piece remains as beautiful as the day you received it.

WHAT IS INCLUDED (LIFETIME WARRANTY):

  • Complimentary Lifetime Professional Cleaning: We highly recommend that you clean and inspect your jewelry regularly. You are welcome to send your piece to us for professional cleaning at any time.
  • Complimentary Lifetime Inspections: Includes checking and tightening of loose stones and assessment of prongs to ensure your diamonds are secure.
  • Lifetime Side Stone Replacement: We offer complimentary replacement for side stones (weighing 0.10ct or less) that are lost due to manufacturing defects or normal setting issues, for the lifetime of your HIGHLINE piece.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

  • Replacement of center stones or stones larger than 0.11ct.
  • Rhodium Plating (maintenance) for white gold rings.
  • Damaged Jewelry due to improper care or accidental damage: This includes but is not limited to: dents, bent rings, chipped stones, broken prongs due to impact/pressure, and heavy scratches from daily wear and tear.
  • Lost or Stolen pieces.
  • Third-Party Work: Please note that any work performed on our pieces by other jewelers (including sizing, polishing, or repairs) will immediately void this warranty.

RESIZING & REPAIRS

Jewelry is delicate by nature. If your piece needs a repair, please contact us first. Our team will evaluate your piece. If the issue is covered under warranty (e.g., a loose side stone), we will fix it for free. If it is due to accidental damage (e.g., a bent band), we will provide a quote for the repair cost.

  • Shipping: Clients are responsible for all shipping charges (to and from our office).
  • Sizing Fees: Fees vary depending on how many sizes your piece is increasing or decreasing. Note: We cannot resize full eternity bands.
  • International Clients: Those outside of the U.S. are responsible for import fees, customs charges, and shipping costs.

  • Important: Please ensure your shipment requires a signature on delivery and that your jewelry is carefully packed and padded for protection. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit due to poor or insufficient packaging.
  • Address Changes: We are only responsible for shipping your package to the mailing address originally provided. If you choose to re-route or make changes to the delivery address after the package has shipped, we cannot be held liable for any issues, delays, or losses.
  • Next Steps: Once we receive your package, we’ll confirm its arrival, assess the piece, and update you on the status and timeframe.
