We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we will take full responsibility.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a free repair or replacement immediately. We are committed to making it right.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Non-Quality Issues)
Because every piece of jewelry—including our Fine Jewelry collection—is custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size, personal preference).

1-YEAR TRADE-UP PROGRAM
We understand that styles evolve. We are pleased to offer an exclusive Trade-Up Service valid for one year (12 months) from your purchase date.

  • How it Works: You may trade in your original piece and receive a credit of the full purchase price toward a new item.
  • Eligibility: The original item must be returned in pristine condition with all packaging.
  • Value Requirement: The new item must be priced at least double (2x) the price of the original item.
  • Process: You simply pay the difference between the trade-in credit and the new item's price.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Within 48 Hours: Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of order placement are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 48 Hours: Our design team begins production immediately. Cancellations made after 48 hours are not accepted, and deposits become non-refundable.
