• The Faster Way: Order a standard ring sizer on Amazon. Send us the receipt, and we will reimburse you (up to $15 store credit) on your ring order. We’d rather help cover the cost of a standard sizer than have you deal with the hassle of resizing later.

We want this process to be stress-free. While many clients choose to pay in full, you don’t have to. We offer a 30% Deposit Model to get things started.

• How it works: You pay a 30% non-refundable deposit upfront. This secures your diamond and allows our artisans to begin crafting your ring.
• The Balance: The remaining balance is due only after your jewelry is finished, inspected, and ready to ship (usually 3-4 weeks later).
• Please Note: Due to insurance and security protocols, we cannot release/ship any jewelry until the balance is paid in full.

All shipments within the US will ship either via USPS or FedEx. We want to make sure your package arrives to you safely, and since we are shipping delicate fine jewelry, want to be sure the correct recipient is receiving it so an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be home to sign for your package, we are happy to send it to wherever will work best for you. Shipments will be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the courier. All packages that we ship are fully insured.

A tracking number for your order will be sent via text when the order is ready to for shipping. You can keep track of the status of your delivery with this number.

Our warranty permanently covers any manufacturing defects. Additionally, if any small accent diamonds (pave stones) fall out during normal wear, we will replace them for free, for life.(Note: Warranty does not cover loss of the center stone or damage from trauma/accidents.)

Yes, we know the importance of a surprise. Your order ships in a plain, unmarked external box. The shipping label will not mention "Jewelry" or "Diamonds" to keep your secret safe.
